Programme

The Opening Ceremony of the 7th World Congress Against the Death Penalty will be dedicated to the next steps towards abolition. It is the privileged place of expression for States and intergovernmental organisations willing to testify on their international commitment and progresses in their countries regarding the struggle against the death penalty.
